Patients Views

We invite verbal and written feedback from patients in person or via email to gemma@no45dental.co.uk. Periodically patient satisfaction surveys are conducted for each dentist.

Patient responses are considered by management and are used to help shape treatment provision. If appropriate the responses are discussed at practice meetings.
